Sure can be a nasty feeling on a weekend when you feel it was wasted ?

ANd I agree it is not a good feeling,

what do you use to pull yourself through those few days a year when the head feels like a football  ??
 I use  Vitamin C,  Orange Juice and lots of tylenol ..whats a guy to do ??

• Hi there, Good Buddys.

 ^{_{Today was Physio thursday down at the local establisment that will remain nameless, but things seemed to be movin along pretty smoothly, till several people came in at once and I was like bedlam -- People were hollering for someone to unhock whatever apparratus they were on, and some were wating for somebody to show up and others were walkin around... they musta been looking for the door?? LOL
 Then I was told to go over by the window, where the house coat was hanging, over a chair ?? like I thought I heard someone say for me to put on the house-coat ! ! ! ! really, their must be some change in procedure ? as I never saw them have me undress to work on a wrist  for excercise. LOL
 Anyway, I musta been dreaming as then I heard someone say,"now over by the window" so I quickly got out of the bath,,,, the hand bath , silly lol..
 and sashayed over to the chair ... all the time almost laughing at the quick awakening and realization that someone was talking to me from behide another curtain, where they had another patient hocked up to some kind of a muscle massage machine...
 To shorten the story, I felt relieved that I wasn't back in the hospital ward where someone always needs you dressed in one of the newest fashonable backless dresses with no buttons   !!!!  LOL}}

Dr's Reports

:P this is it , My 2 week report was great and Dr said I was a good healer//// maybe on the outside but not everywhere, as it is tender on the Inside
 He gave me 6-8 weeks off, "Yah-hoo", and do this Phisio stuff.  !!!

Rain in January ??

 We have great weather and sometimes we experience all four seasons in that month !! 
 Pretty weird but it's true 
 yesterday we had freezing water pellits and today it's freezing rain, the roads are like a skating rink and we don't venture too far out without studded tires and chains LOL
 Hoping everyone keeps the shinny side - up.

Carpal TUNNEL

:oops:Ever wonder what they do when your hand starts hurting and your Doctor diagnosis is you have CTS??? 
  CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME and it is one painfull thing.
Nothing could be more of a run around ....like "yes" you have CTS  but we have to send you to another Doc. who is into shock therapy. (.. big time..) and who is presently on holidays for three weeks!!!" ya sure" take these tylinol and call me in the mourning!!!  Plus the guy has a waiting list as long as your arm.....
 But I visited the clinic that week everyday trying to get a appointment with this shock exam DR. guy.....eventually someone missed a appointment and I was slotted-in, but  that was a month away and all the time the pain of this hamd was constant !!! I can tell this Dr. never had CTS himself, ha ha
 Eventually I saw my family Dr.,who arranged me to see a surgen Dr. and a hospital date was set - up ---- with all the blood samples, urine samples and ekg's that go along with it...one of which is called a ectocardio exam, it's a ultra sound of your heart and it is pretty neat to watch your heart from this  the inside as it is beating , but can you Imagine how much one $$$$ little wrist must have made for these health care professionals ? its mind boggling.. they get rich while you get worried ......tit for tat I guess.
 So now is the Surgery day and tension is high and also the wait .. to be the last of the paitents (now I know why they call them patients)  in the O.R. that day but time finally came and I was wisked away on the gurny and Preped for the big thing... this is localized surgery and I was able to watch as they worked... but a few needles and cuts and I was done ....25 minutes of total time in the Operating room .,..man it seems they can sure make big things out of small things but not to belittle anyone I am feeling fine and the wrist  swelling is begining to go down...Maybe it takes a hellova long time to do things riGHT the first time. ha
 I hope this was as informative for you as it was for me.....
 Just thought you'd like to know HOW things went.

Ever have a problem like mine the other day>>>>>

 It sems as it never rains but it pours,
anyway, I had some spilt oil on the rug and was in the process of removing the oil with an oil cutting solution, when my boy kicked the bottle of solution over and voila, I had another mess to clean-up.
  so I grabbed a couple of larger towels and wiped the mess up, but not thinking I tossed the bunch in the washer.
 well, the washer was'nt long till it buzzed and stoped ...upon inspection I noticed it was full of suds, so I tried rinsing them down the drain with the laundry tub hose- but I got nowhere.
 Some where I remembered someone saying salt would work , so I tried all I had in the house and it wouldn't work either. I'm stumpped but I think www, yes the wild wild west, Hha ha--- but noone on  the web is smart ENOUGF or stupid enough to have reported such dumb-ass problem.
 I was at a big  standstill till my wife (ole lady) came-in ,can you figure out how she solved my pizzy ?"?
