What is going around this year as everyone in our family has been strickened with this virus-head cold thingy :oops:
Now its my turn to have the bug and have been battling it for over a week.
I started taking lemon drink, then asprin and now I take echanacia and orange juice ?
Any top notch remedies for kicking the last bug outa here??

I've been away ( at the much talked about and unloved Tar-Sands of Alberta) mak'in bac'in for the AJ7( now down to(aj4) family. ha ha
It was such a streach, for three weeks - to get back in the grove, as being off was very well liked by myself and family alike.
I kept thinking I can do better than this and enjoy it more too but for the pressent I will have to take thier money and run -- hoping for a 649 magical moment !!!
